From Katherine
‘HI
and welcome to my page. I wanted to share with you my sense of what’s
really important in creating an effective therapeutic relationship; care
and attunement. When we undertake a therapeutic journey together, it’s
important that we connect and can resonate with one another. I offer an
initial meeting free of charge, to give us both chance to see if this
feels present.
If we both feel comfortable to proceed, I will
work to develop a subtle attunement to your needs and what is happening
in the exchange between us. This will allow me to sense what we are
working with, how best to respond to your needs and support you as we
continue.
Fundamentally, I’m here to support you in your
journey, to be with you in your experience, and to see how together, we
can look to meet and heal some old wounds which maybe preventing you
from living a full life here and now’.
